La Vine will miss a third straight game due to finger soreness. His next chance to play won't come until after the All-Star break, so he'll have over a week to rest and recover before Sacramento's next game. In the meantime, look for Nique Clifford and Devin Carter to see more minutes.
Sabonis will miss his fourth straight absence due to a back injury. After being ruled out for Wednesday, the big man will have just over another week to recover with the Kings next game taking place Feb. 19 after the All-Star break.
Hunter has been diagnosed with iritis after being hit in the eye during Friday's game against the Clippers, putting him out until after the All-Star Game. Daeqwon Plowden and Nique Clifford are candidates for increased minutes with Hunter sidelined.
Monk has been listed out for a third straight game while battling an illness. His next chance to return will arrive after the All-Star break against the Magic on Feb. 19.
Murray has been cleared to resume on-court activities amidst his recovery from a left ankle sprain. However, the timetable for his return now appears likely to put him out of action until sometime after the mid-February All-Star break. Until De'Andre Hunter is ready to make his Kings debut, Malik Monk and Nique Clifford should both continue to occupy a sizable role in the rotation.
