Nets at Jazz: Money on the Floor, January 30, 2026
Friday's game is the second of a back-to-back set, so Porter likely would have been rested anyway, but instead, he'll skip the game for personal reasons. With both Porter and Noah Clowney (back) unavailable for Friday's game, Danny Wolf and Egor Demin could see a sizeable uptick in usage and Drake Powell could start. Porter's next chance to play will come Sunday in Detroit.
This will be Clowney's fourth consecutive game on the inactive list and it's unclear if he's made any progress with his back issue. Danny Wolf should get another start Friday evening and he could see some more shots falling his way with Michael Porter (personal) also unavailable. For now, Clowney should be considered doubtful for Sunday's game in Detroit.
Out
H. Highsmith
Highsmith is still recovering from right knee surgery he underwent in August to repair a torn meniscus and remains without a timetable for a return. He should be considered week-to-week until the Nets offer an update on his progress.
