Herro's absence with an injury to his ribs appears to have no end in sight. His last chance to return before the All-Star break comes Wednesday in New Orleans, but Herro should be deemed doubtful for that contest.
Out
T. Rozier
Rozier was arrested Thursday morning as part of an FBI sports betting gambling probe, and the NBA is acting quickly while this investigation gets underway. As of now, there is no known timetable for a potential return for Rozier, as this could be a lengthy process.
Powell was added to the injury report as questionable due to a back injury, and the Heat have since decided to shut him down. Myron Gardner and Jaime Jaquez are candidates for an uptick in playing time in Powell's stead.
Larsson is out for a second straight contest with a bruised forearm. His last chance to return prior to the All-Star break arrives Wednesday in New Orleans. With Larsson confirmed out Monday, the Heat could turn to a hot-hand approach with Simone Fontecchio and Myron Gardner in the frontcourt.
