Hartenstein hasn't suited up since Dec. 28 due to a right soleus strain and remains out indefinitely. With a lack of clarity on his recovery, the 27-year-old big man should be tentatively deemed doubtful to play in Sunday's tilt against Toronto.
Ajay Mitchell (abdominal) will join Caruso on the sidelines for Friday's game, and Aaron Wiggins (groin) is questionable, so Isaiah Joe could get some time to shine. Caruso's next chance to play will come Sunday versus the Raptors, and for now, he should be considered questionable for that one.
Wiggins is out a second consecutive contest, and his next chance to play comes Sunday against Toronto. With the Thunder missing several key players Friday, Cason Wallace stands out as a prime candidate to replace Wiggins in the starting lineup.

Based on this re-evaluation timeline, the earliest possible return for Williams would be Feb. 3 against the Magic. In the meantime, players such as Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, Aaron Wiggins, Alex Caruso and Kenrich Williams could be a bit more involved for the Thunder.
Mitchell left Wednesday's win in Milwaukee early and needs to miss at least one contest with the issue. Isaiah Joe, Luguentz Dort and Cason Wallace are candidates for an increased role Friday. Mitchell's next chance to play comes Sunday against the Raptors.
