Jazz at Thunder: Money on the Floor, January 7, 2026
Wednesday is set to be a sixth straight absence for Hartenstein, who appears to have no definitive timeline for a return to the court. With Alex Caruso (back) sidelined, Luguentz Dort and Aaron Wiggins should slide over to power forward more frequently while Chet Holmgren soaks up the bulk of the center minutes in Hartenstein's place.
Caruso will miss his second straight outing due to lower back soreness, and his next chance to play will come Friday against the Grizzlies. With the veteran swingman sidelined, Aaron Wiggins, Cason Wallace and Isaiah Joe are candidates for increased playing time.
Wednesday is slated to mark a 12th absence in a row for Williams. Without a concrete timeline for a return, it appears as though his status is more week-to-week than day-to-day. With Williams out indefinitely, Branden Carlson and Kenrich Williams should be able to hold down a spot in the Oklahoma City rotation.
Dieng is still dealing with a right calf strain and will remain sidelined Wednesday. He should be considered doubtful ahead of Friday's game against Memphis until the Thunder provide an update on his status.
Barnhizer continues to play limited minutes off the bench, having exceeded 15 minutes only once in the past seven games. Much of his production has come during garbage time, a common situation given the dominance Oklahoma City has displayed thus far. He should continue to hover around the backend of the rotation, making him a non-factor in all fantasy formats.
