Bulls at Pistons: Money on the Floor, January 7, 2026
This will be Cunningham's first missed game since November, but his absence from the active roster should open up minutes for Daniss Jenkins, Jaden Ivey and Caris Le Vert. The good news is that the Pistons don't play again until Saturday versus the Clippers, giving Cunningham a full three days to rest up his bruised right wrist.
Harris sprained his hip in a Dec. 30 matchup with the Lakers, and after undergoing further evaluation, he has been ruled out for at least the next two weeks. If he can return at the two-week mark, he could be cleared to face the Pacers on Jan. 17. While Harris is sidelined, Isaiah Stewart and Ronald Holland should see expanded roles.
Duren sprained his ankle during Thursday's game against the Heat, and the issue will prevent him from playing for at least one week. With Duren and Tobias Harris (hip) out, Paul Reed, Isaiah Stewart and Ronald Holland should see ample playing time going forward.
Out
B. Klintman
Klintman hasn't received playing time for the Pistons since a Nov. 14 win over the 76ers, so he presumably sustained the injury during his most recent appearance with the G League's Motor City Cruise last Saturday. The Pistons haven't provided a timeline for the second-year forward's return to game action, but even mild adductor strains usually require 1-to-2 weeks of recovery.
